The database that you are consulting is the most recent bibliographical production of the Human Sciences Documentation Centre of the Royal Museum for Central Africa (Tervuren).

This database includes more than 50,000 references of articles and works collected after 1983. Each article or book has been read and analysed. Key words have been attributed according to a thesaurus constantly updated by specialists as disciplines evolve. Approximately 200 periodicals are analysed each year. Fields include all those pertaining to the human and social sciences. Thus the visitor will find, for example, titles related to development policies and their application, as well as anthropological theories or social aspects of medicine, economics, policy or linguistics.
